5.বেনিফিশিয়ারি অ্যাড করার সময় যে Error টেক্সট গুলি আসবে, তা অনুসরণ করতে হবে।
6.রিলেশন উইথ বেনিফিশিয়ারি পোর্টাল এর ড্রপ ডাউন থেকে সিলেক্ট করতে হবে।
7.NID নাম্বার টি অবশ্যই ১০, ১৩ অথবা ১৭ ডিজিট এর হতে হবে।
8.বার্থ রেজিস্ট্রেশন নাম্বার এ নিউমেরিক এবং আলফাবেট ব্যবহার করা যাবে।

১। পাসওয়ার্ড চেঞ্জ করা কি আবশ্যক/ ম্যান্ডাটরি ?

৩। পাসওয়ার্ড সেট করার পলিসি কি?
পাসওয়ার্ড সেট করার জন্য নির্দিষ্ট কোনো পলিসি নেই।
ইউজার তার ইচ্ছা মতো যে কোনো পরিমান ডিজিট ব্যবহার করে পাসওয়ার্ড সেট করতে পারবে।
৪। একজন বেনিফিশিয়ারি এর তথ্যগুলি কি সব সময় একই হতে হবে?
লিস্টে যে বেনিফিশিয়ারি নাম, মোবাইল নাম্বার, NID দিয়ে এন্ট্রি দেয়া হবে।
পরবর্তীতে ঐ মোবাইল নাম্বার এর জন্য ওই একই NID থাকতে হবে। অন্যথায় ভেরিফিকেশন ফেইল হবে।
৫। একই অভিভাবকের ৪ জন সন্তান যদি ভিন্ন ভিন্ন প্রতিষ্ঠানে অধ্যায়নরত অবস্থায় থাকে তাহলে একই মোবাইল নাম্বার কি ব্যবহার করা যাবে ?

৬। একই মোবাইল নাম্বার কত বার অন্তর্ভুক্ত করা যাবে?
